Have lived in NC for 30+ years so know BBQ. This is as good as I've ever had, and that's saying something. Nothing fancy-- you smell the dripping fat and burning hardwood when you pull in the parking lot-- and it only gets better when you dig in. Huge portions, outside browned edges, and as clean and lean as you'll find. If you like hole-in-the-wall places that do one thing and do it well, you'll love this place.
