This is our third time to stay in Phoenix VIII. We have stayed in three different rooms and floors. We were there for 4 nights at the beginning of Sept. 2013. Our room was nice with a large patio and it overlooked the pool and out to the beach. Each day we saw dolphins from our patio. The staff was very friendly especially Ms Irene. It seemed like it could have been alittle cleaner when we checked in, a hair on stove and one on bathroom floor. We were in need of a measuring cup but made due with just guessing. We used Brett/Robinson and they were helpful. The a/c unit worked real good. I left a noise maker under pillow, called the following day and talked with housekeeping and told them I would be writing to tripadvisor and she assured me she would go and look for it. Will keep you posted on the outcome. So far no word that it was found.
