We stayed here two nights while we were in the Birmingham area. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. The room are on the small side, but we weren't in there much. The breakfast in the morning was decent with offerings like waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, fruit, pastries, etc. It was kept well stocked during the breakfast time. The pool was small, but appreciated by my kids. the hotel is in a great location - right off I-65 and across from Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Our family stayed in 2 rooms at this motel on our trip to Florida. The rates are very reasonable and we though it was a great motel. It is about 2 blocks off the interstate and easy to get to. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds and we really enjoyed the hot breakfast. We would stay here again when passing thru Alabama.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. This hotel is right off the interstate with a lot of food places near. We called several hotels in the area and this one was the mist reasonable price wise. We were even asked if we wanted to check out the rooms first.

This was a nice hotel, staff was super friendly, decent free breakfast in the morning. The shower had decent water pressure and was spacious. Good place to stay if you are going to Verizon Amphitheater, only a 5 minute walk at the most to get to the show.

Thank you so much for your comments. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, and we loved having you as our guest. The walk to the amphitheater is a short one, and convenient. That makes going to concerts a lot easier. Thanks.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn and it was nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet. We were their for a concert at Oak Mountain State Park, and just walked across the street without having to drive their, which saved us a parking fee. Desk attendants were very nice and polite and answered our questions that we had. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and the free breakfast was good too.

This place deserves the good reviews for its very friendly staff. It is an older property but kept well. The rooms are nice and clean with good beds. Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was OK.

The hotel has some things going for it. It is easy on/off of the highway. It was quiet. There are many places to eat right by the restaurant. The breakfast area is big.
There are some things that could be improved. There is a slight smell when you walk into the lobby. The bathrooms are really small. Our bathroom pocket-door wouldn't close all the way. I think it is warped. The bathroom has a poor design. There is no privacy wall between bathroom and bedroom. Overall, it was ok. If you are looking to save some money, this will get the job done.

Thank you for your comments. We welcome all comments, because they let us know how we are doing. I understand your concern with the bathroom. Most original designed Sleep Inn hotels have that same bathroom. What concerns me is your other comments about the smell in the lobby and the door not closing. I apologize for the door and we will check all of them. I was not able to know what the smell in the lobby was, unless someone had used the microwave in the breakfast area. Please accept our apology and know that we will try that much harder to make each stay a little better. Thanks for staying with us.
