This Hotel is one of the best Hotels or may be the est one in Shanghai!!!

Location, Service, facilities, food, rooma are amazing!

Dont think nothing and book!

İn shanghai you have to stay in good hotel beause there is a lot of dangerous hotels there with full of prostitution.

This "Grand" hotel is very close to Nanjing Road, Peoples Square and a short stroll to the Bund. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've every slept in.
The hotel food, unfortunately was very ho-hum and it would be a better idea to eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby. The TV had a very fuzzy picture and only 1 news channel. Staff were reasonably helpful and overall we had a good stay. At the right price this hotel is well worth it. 4+ stars.

Room Tip: Get a high floor with a view!

Location of hotel is good. Near eateries and some local shopping. Rooms are also nice and comfy. We stayed at the Club Room and service was nice. But for snacks, coffee/tea and soft drinks, you have to ask them. They will not offer you even if you were seated at the Club lounge. The food in the hotel is not quite worth the money - this includes its breakfast. My biggest complaint is the wifi connection. If you are a business traveller needing wifi connection most of the time, I suggest you think twice.

Was told this was a rather new hotel. Stayed in a business suite. The room area was over 80 sqm, much bigger than an equivalent hotel in the same area. The rate was reasonable too. Of course, that's not all. The location is fantastic, just beside the famous (or infamous) Nanjing Road. Tthe entrance to the subway is just to the right of the hotel. There's really nothing negative to say about this hotel. Service was good and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely return 100%. I would also highly recommend this hotel to a friend.

Room Tip: Skip the pricey breakfast. Numerous F&B in the area to choose from

This is a kind of hotel you should write and speak out with capital letter H. They surely know what luxury means. And they are not in top 10 in Shanghai is just a coincidence as they surely are top notch hotel not only in Shanghai, not only in China but globally. Located in the very heart of Shanghai, lavishly decorated, with amazing SPA and fitness, with breathtaking lobby and top quality service made me and my wife and daughter staying absolutely memorable.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and were very happy with the hotel.
The location was close to a popular shopping street that stayed busy well into the nights, room was clean and overal service was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked this on Hotels.com and thought I was booking a 'moderate' hotel. Wrong - this place is super fancy. I am kept trying to find the catch but there wasn't one, it was just a good value if you like luxury hotels. Some of the fine points:
Location - night on Nanjing road, near the metro, Bund. Super good location.
Pool: fantastic, loved it.
Value: Again, not sure what the catch is, seemed too cheap.
Room: Fancy, comfortable.
Staff: Nice, helpful
Food: Did not try it, too expensive (this is the only con) but not a big deal, we are not hotel food eaters anyway and like to sample the local restaurants.
