Hotel is situated bit far from centre bur the metro station is very close. Also the Expo is just oposite to the hotel, and also there is shopping mall. Hotel itself is great. Huge bathrooms, great brakefeast and great service. I loved the sauna and ice room. Its seperate for man and woman so u have privacy and u can just relax there and feel spoiled:)

Very nice new hotel near Expo - very comfortable rooms, great bar/meeting area, extremely helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very good, dinner buffet less so (my only complaint really). Definitely a 5 star hotel - I left my jacket there and it was 3 days till I noticed, and the had held it for me (actually not sure why they didn't contact me to tell me, but still I was very happy to have it back).

On the other hand, If you have time , I would really appreciate knowing more about your ‘less so’ experience during dinner at our Buffet so that we may take the appropriate measures to fix any issues me might have in terms of food or service. Finally I am looking into your jacket being held back and reviewing with the Housekeeping team our procedures. Rest assured that the said concern is being given utmost attention .We are looking forward to welcome you again soon.

Clean, very comfortable suites, great service and customer relations representatives. The breakfast buffet is a must. The internet speed could be improved but was Still workable. Only 35-40 minutes from Shanghai Pudong Intl airport and about 15-20 to most downtown city center areas.

Hotel: hotel is amazing, 5 starts and big plus - nice location. Right next to the metro stop. Most of the people in China do not speak English. So you have got great opportunity to use your excellent body language skills when you will intarrract with others. Metro right next to the hotel. One day pass will cost you only 18 CNY! Very cheap. Pick time (Rush hour) starting around 4 pm and till 8 pm. This time in metro very crowed and very busy. Try to avoid using it, or in case you need to use it - brace, coz inside train will be very crowed. Sightseeing: Shanghai TV tower cost between 120 and 160 CNY. Depends how high you wanna go. Big Bus tour got 3 lines and each of the tour will cost you 100 CNY. Bund sightseeing tonnel will cost you 50 CNY one way ticket or 70 CNY return. You must go and see it. Food: Next to hotel there is 3 shopping malls, not cheap and kind of expensive. Some small chinese food restaurants and some spa. When you will go down to metro station you might see Mr. Bean Coffee Shop. Very nice and cozy place to have some break. Theme: Mr. Bean. Lovely place. About 3 traffic lights aways from the hotel on Fangdian road, you will find Carrefour, Costa and Starbucks, KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and other! Shopping: One metro stop from the hotel - Shanghai Technological Museum metro stop - you will find undeground market. It calls Laya Plaza. Its underground. So when you will arrive on the metro, do not come up. Plus, you can find some shops in Yuyuan Garden (same metro stop). Very important tip: BARGAIN. Give them 1/3 from original price

After a long day at the trade show, it's nice to have a perfect bath, and high quality linen waiting for you.

It's a quick walk to the expo, but just far enough to feel removed from the chaos.

The fresh flowers and fruit were a nice touch too.

The manager helped find a solution to a special request I made, the staff know my name when they see me. It's really a high, classic Jumeirah, level of service.

If there was one thing that could have been better it would be the breakfast selection on the executive floor. It was not bad in quality - it's just a bit dull when you stay there for 4-5 days.

Would recommend, would stay again for a conference at the Expo.
