Stopped by for lunch and loved it! Great atmosphere, sunny and bright with pop music playing and Vietnamese fishing baskets hanging from the ceiling. They have a great set menu...generous bowls of pho with fried spring rolls and a soft drink for only 60 or 70 RMB (depending on size of pho bowl; small was pretty big)
The pho broth was PRETTY decent, considering we aren't in Vietnam. Spring rolls were massive and stuffed with goodies. The place got crowded after 12 pm, so get there before then if you can. Bar looked well-stocked for the after-work diners.
