I stayed there during my business trip. Very unique is the garden - it is very rare to have little piece of green just for yourself in the middle of Shanghai. Very nice neighbourhood if you are into walking and exploring local places. Malls and restaurants are few minutes by taxi. The place itself is really luxurious and personnel is very nice.
It had only two little flaws for me and that was fitness (even though it is very nice and spacious) - it was supposed to be open open 24 hours, but it wasn't. And the breakfast was available only from 6:30 - I know that people in China usually works from 9am, but I was missing the chance to have the breakfast from 6:00 and not rush so much afterwards. The in room dining was kind of average (do not order hamburger if you like little chewy bits;).
Other than that I would recommend it for location, personnel and the overall environment as they were all really good.
