We stopped here for dinner at the end of a long day of driving. Since our stomachs were still on eastern time, we arrived rather early (ca. 5 pm) to an almost empty restaurant. Our server provided a free sample of their house blush wine and presented the daunting Olive Garden menu. I had a seasonal special -- fussili with chicken and fresh vegetables -- and my companion the rosemary chicken. Both were ample and very tasty. Service was attentive and not rushed. This is obviously a very new Olive Garden outlet and so the restaurant and grounds were well tended and tasteful. For a chair operation, Olive Garden does an excellent job.
For travelers, it is an easy exit from I-10 (Exit 38), a couple of blocks to the north and on the right. There are motels and gas stations at this exit and at the next (35).
