For $35 bucks a night this is hard to beat. Was surprised at the size and the cleanliness, definitely exceeded my expectations. Location is hard to beat, you're just out side "town" and in walking distance of everything. The perfect place to come back to after a day of adventures around La Fortuna.

For $35.00/night, this place is a steal! With aircon and wifi included, this is a great place to rest your head at night while you explore all that La Fortuna has to offer. They have a little kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge if you have any food you'd like to preserve. You can walk anywhere in the town from this location and there are trip-advisor recommended restaurants right down the street. They even allowed us to check in 2 hours early and rushed to clean our room for us. Very accommodating and had a great rapport with the staff. If you're touring the area and not looking for a 'resort' accommodation, this is a great option for you.

Location is the half a block from the park. The rooms have doors outside. The rooms are clean. Hot water, internet and AC! Nothing super special here but its secure and definitely worth $35/night. The owner is super nice. I would go back.

This is an okay place. My visit started off on the wrong foot. No one was there when I arrived, I waited 20 minutes or longer. Before a fellow showed up. He went off on me when I mentioned my discomfort- totally the wrong response, I'm sorry, an apology would have gone a long way with me. He left, there was no one there the first night I didn't feel safe. The second night was much better. The bad taste bone from the night before.
