I booked two tours with these guys. Our first trip had horseback riding, tubing in the river, zipline and repel and rock climb. The two guys that guided us through the activities were great and our driver took us to the iguana park as an bonus. All that fun and a good lunch for the price was well worth it for myself and family. We went on the river boat on the second trip and saw the monkeys and elegators. This trip was a little more expensive and wish we would have seen a little more. They took us to a little shack for lunch but the food was delicious and our driver took us to Tamarindo beach to buy souvenirs as a bonus. You are not going to get the service and quality that you expect in the US, they were a little more rustic. Now the bad. On the first trip Douglas tried to get extra money out of me when paying the balnce. Fortunately I had a few things going for me. I speak Spanish, I knew the dollar exchange rate and I had my receipt with me. I paid in colones and dollars and allready knew how much I was paying from the price of the receipt. Douglas tried to charge me more that the balance due and when I pointed out the price he just gave a mumbled excuse and than I told no,the price is there, he looked at it again and finally said yes to my total. On the second trip I paid him in dollars and he said he owed me a dollar because he only had colones on him, I told him he could he could give me the change in colones, he just ignored me and moved on. It's only a dollar but if you want be proffesional act like a proffesional.
