We ate at Corleone during our visit to Cahuita during Semana Santa. We started with a typical tomato and boconcini salad. But, the real star of the night was the Swordfish Carpaccio. It was amazing - so fresh and light. I could have eaten 5 more.
For the main course we had pizza. The portion size was plentiful and the toppings were of better quality. The thin crust was one of the best I've ever had. That includes pizza I've had in other parts of Costa Rica, San Francisco, NY, etc...
It was also really good value. I don't mind paying a bit more great food. However, I do mind paying a huge surcharge for eating in tourist areas. Good to know that Corleone isn't was of these - it's very reasonable.
