Wonderful restaurant, very gracious hosts, great atmosphere and absolutely delicious food. If you have never tried Middle Eastern/ North African, do not pass up the opportunity while visiting Punta Uva! I had their Mid East chicken dish. It was incredible! My wife had a North African tomato and egg dish that was equally good in a totally different way. Open, airy, tropical garden like setting. Just a short bike ride from Punta Uva. I highly recommend.

But wow, it was good! The falafel pita is very different from what I have had in major cities, for example there is sauerkraut in it! Too big to finish but I wanted to! I recommend this place.

after ten days with rice and beans we were really happy to find something different.
We ordered Humus and two different Pitas. One with chicken and one with Lamb.. Everything of it was absolutely awesome..
Also the stuff was really friendly and helpful...
Last but not least: It was much cheaper than most of the really touristic local restaurants.

We had the Lamb Kebab dish served here for dinner while on a stay in the area. It was delicious. The lamb was cooked to perfection, the baba ganoush was so delicious and the home made pita bread was DIVINE! Everything is reasonably priced and the service is impeccable. If you come here, you must try the lemonade and mint. A refreshing icy drink for a warm evening!

We stopped here on our way back to Cocles after spending a day at the beach in Punta Uva. We each ordered the Pita with Falafel and Hummus and were not disappointed. The Pita bread is some of the best we've ever had (soft, warm, fluffy) and the hummus and falafel are homemade from their own recipes. The "hot sauce" is a nice blend of spicy peppers in oil and is simply the right mix for the hummus and pita. My 10 yr old son even claimed how good it was and he's a picky eater like most 10yr old American boys. We were stunned at how much he liked it. They portions are big so if you aren't hungry, consider splitting a plate.
