I loved my stay at turtle beach. It allowed me to experience the jungle without really having to really rough it. We saw a bunch of wildlife --my favorite were the spider monkeys-- We went on boat tours, jungle tours, hiked up a volcano, went canoeing and kayaking in the canals in the jungle. The grounds of the lodge were absolutely gorgeous and completely isolated by the jungle. It was better than I imagined. I would definitely recommend this vacation!
