“over priced”
Reviewed 21 January 2010

We booked a private room online, when we got there the room was okay and pretty clean, but the ;layout was strange and it was very stuffy and dark. There was no water on our first night there and there is no hot water at all. there is no wireless reception in the room and the one computer in the hostel was occupied all the time. The owner was nice but overall we wouldn't go there again because it is way overpriced for what you get.

This is the worse place to stay. I got there 01/02/2009 and stayed for two days. No water and absolutely no HOT water and it's about 30 plus minutes to the beach. You can stay at COCO Beach Hotel for $50 a night with much better location and next to the beach. Do nto stay here. The owner of the place wasn't nice at all. You don't have any privacy there.

We (three) wanted our own room so we reserved in advance. we were told the only "private room" had 5 beds, so we had to pay for 5 beds to have our own room. We agreed. when we arrived, however the room only has three beds, but we still had to pay our "agreed price" for the room. The room sucked and we were way overcharged for what it was. i guess that's what you get when you book online. the bed was so bad i hav to put the matress on the floor ro sleep. there was temp control on the ac. so it was hot (no windows to open) or freezing cold. They had no blankets on the bed, just a sheet. the owners were friendly, but lots of kids running around all the time and a loud dog barking all night. Had to sit outside to get the internet to connect because they borrowed it from the house next door. no secure place to park a car.
