Casa Sophia = Perfect!
Could not fault this wonderful property. I don't even know where to start!!
The location is great - very accessible from Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The road is very quiet, although rather bumpy. You won't hear from the neighbours.
The views are just....Wow! Each day we saw Titi monkeys (Squirrel monkeys), Capuchin monkeys, Green Parrots and various Iguanas. You can lose track of time just looking out across the trees and seeing all of the various wildlife.
The house itself is brilliant. It has all the amenities, plenty of space and the kitchen is very well equipped. It feels very homely and comfortable. Plenty of space and lots of wardrobe storage. Beds are extremely comfortable.
The pool area is well maintained and we enjoyed our visits from the poolside iguanas! So peaceful, the only sounds you will hear are the various wildlife in the area. Very relaxing.
Vanessa, the concierge, was really helpful and offered to help us arrange tours and days out.
My husband and I stayed at Casa Sophia for five nights. The house is beautiful. The owners and management company really want you to feel at home. As soon as we arrived, we saw a fantastic platter of fresh fruits waiting for us!
The house has a great working kitchen. My husband and I cooked breakfast most mornings and we had all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. that we needed. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is a television in the living room off the kitchen, but we never used it. There is a nice patio off the kitchen. You can eat breakfast out there or just relax and look at the view. The master bedroom and bathroom are extremely spacious. (I recommended to the management company that they hang hooks for towels and swim costumes in the master bathroom.) The master bedroom also has a room on the side so that you can sit on a sofa and look out the window. The house has a washing machine and dryer. The house also has air conditioning throughout. The property has its own pool. We had wi-fi the entire time that we were there.
Case Sophia is close to Manuel Antonio Park and local restaurants. We rented a car so we drove when we needed to go far. However, we took walks outside the property and saw many monkeys.
The management company is great. Nicole, who scheduled our stay, went above and beyond to answer questions before we arrived. The management company also assigns a concierge to work with you. This person organizes trips and answers any questions you have about the community. We highly recommend Casa Sophia!

We rented the house in July for 4 days. 4 Adults and 2 Kids. Felt the space was perfect for us. House is well equipped - grilled out one night, cooked breakfast, did our own laundry, etc - they had all the basic essentials even detergent, shampoo, hair dryers, towels, etc. They were even so kind to leave us a big fresh fruit bowl (pineapple, apples, oranges, watermelon, etc) that we cut up and ate for breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the small movie collection in the evenings after our days out and about. Overall the house was great! Views were awesome from every room in the house. We used the pool some. The location is perfect for a base in Manuel Antonio. Plus would add that the management company / concierge were extremely responsive before the trip and made sure during the trip we had everything we needed. They even booked our whitewater rafting trip for us. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area.
