“Worth doing ”
Reviewed 5 January 2014 via mobile

It's a bit of a circus as there are lots of groups in a reasonably small section of jungle. They call each other when they see something so you'll most likely see a sloth, tarantula, snakes and few other things. Worth doing one evening

“Different way to see Costa Rica”
Reviewed 9 December 2013

We had the chance to see sloth, toucan, snake, frog, impressive bugs, ... The guide was really good, it was nice to see the forest in a whole different way. The cost is reasonable (about 23$) for a 2 hour tour.

“Night tour with Fabricio Camacho Cespedes”
Reviewed 27 June 2013

We are trying to run away as much as possible of tours. Walking during the night through the biological reserve could be done only with the guide. But what a guide! Fabricio is very knowledgeable and nice, his English is impeccable. We left this tour learning about the various plants and animals that live in this cloud forest, understanding a little bit more about nature and its amazing balance, about people who are devoted protecting it. It is wonderful to see animals in their natural habitat and understand that everything in nature is perfectly balanced. He is a professor and you can tell by the way he explains everything. He is not about chasing animals like in the circus, but respecting, admiring and understanding them. We left the night tour very impressed and touched by the information that he was so kind to pass it on us. Pura Vida is not just a beautiful expression, it is a way of life:)

“Never Will Forget It”
Reviewed 10 May 2013

This walk was amazing! There were so many animals out at night! including sloths! I usually don't like tours, because I think they are tourist traps, but this one was defiantly worth every penny. Hector was our tour guide and he was simply amazing! You can tell he loves what he does! This was one of the only places that we saw a lot of wild life while he were in Costa Rica! We booked through our hostel and a bus was there to pick us up and take us back. The only down side was, we were stuck in a group with a bunch of loud teens, but that was not the Night Walks fault.
