My family and I exchanged RCI to get to Costa Rica and we so happy we chose this resort. The staff, especially Roger and Michael, went out of their way from the moment we arrived to make everything perfect for our trip. They set up transport, tours, and went out of their way to ensure the room, tours and coordination were all excellent. The facility is located out of town so it is more acclimated for those wanting a quiet place in the jungle.

Our first impression of this hotel- are we in the right place? Lobby - nonexistent.
We were taken to our room by Oscar, who checked us in, what a surprise, beautiful two bedroom unit waiting for us. The only issue we had, no hot water and the showers were old in both bathrooms and towels are not replenished every day. Room 210 has a beautiful view on the poolside and the mountains.
There are no restaurants at the hotel and the one across the street had ok food.
The staff is amazing, if they were given the resources , I would say, they would probably be on top of my list for being helpful. Special thanks to Roger and Oscar for making our stay more comfortable.

Room Tip: Room 210 has a great view

This place is remote from all the activities but it's isolated for a reason. Peace and quiet. The condo was extremely clean, everything was in place, full service kitchen, radio, TV, nice pool, most important the friendliest staff. The owners of the Cayuga restaurant are the most caring and enjoy great conversations. By far the best people I have EVER encountered. On the rainy nights, we spent hours just hanging out at their restaurant and not once, they asked us to leave. On the contrary, always welcomed us with open arms, literally. Rent a car, Quepos and everything Manuel Antonio has to offer is just minutes aways, oh and breath taking views along the way. The staff are extremely informative and pretty much catered all of our needs, and then some. All of the adventure tours come with pickup\drop-off service, breakfast and\or lunch. All are fun, safe and are served with "World Class Service'. Elizabeth and her staff hosts the most amazing place in Costa Rica; with all that being said, I can't wait to go back.

Just outside of Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park, this little gem was perfect for us. We spent little time in the resort as we were adventuring each day, but the staff was the best we've had in a long time. They arranged tours that they knew about personally, and each one was better than the previous one. Staff were very invested in us personally. Helped us on any request quickly and efficiently. Although they said the water was fine to drink, we were trying to be safe. They offered us a water cooler with bottled water for $8 for the whole week!! Room was nothing fancy, but AC, bathrooms, beds, TV's were all we needed to rejuvenate. Only used the pool twice because we were in the ocean most of the time. If there was one "downside" it was in a "weird" spot. Bad sign right off the main road was easy to miss, then down a bumpy dirt road. No view of anything but the grounds, which were very nice, trimmed, lush, lots of flowers, grass, paths which encouraged squirrels, monkeys, frogs, iguanas. But, we traveled each day to such beautiful spots, we didn't feel jipped at all. OK, would have been nice to have an ocean view, but not necessary for our kind of travel. We would recommend this to anyone who was more interested in a nice place with an awesome staff than someone that wanted a view.

Room Tip: None. All rooms look over the back of the resort with pool, gardens, etc.

Pueblo Real is a condominium that is located a kilometre off the main road ...
I recommend renting a car so you can travel to the many
Activities that are available .
The condos are 2 bed & 2 bath with ample space. Great staff.
Beautiful pool . Pueblo Real is relaxing & private; very enjoyable .

Room Tip: All rooms are well situated.

A bit off the beaten path but so peaceful. Pueblo Real is a small hotel...not a resort. There's no bar or restaurant, no dancing or white sand beach. Set at the end of a gravel road it's surrounded by a palm oil plantation and jungle. We had a large two bedroom, two bath unit with a full kitchen, living room and dining area. We enjoyed having coffee on our second floor balcony in the morning watching the birds. The beds were fine, but the linens could use refreshing. The a/c and fans kept the space comfortable...I loved the high ceiling in the living room. We ordered a water cooler and water at the front desk and it was delivered in about 5 minutes and only cost $8..a real deal.

Cayuga's restaurant across the street was convenient and Anita is a wonderful cook. We had the BBQ dinner and Casado dinner and they were a good value and delcious. Nearby Manuel Antonio had some wonderful restaurants with incredible views.

The pool was wonderful and relaxing. I agree they could use a few more pool lounges. The hammock is heaven!

Elizabeth the manager is capable, funny and helpful. The maintenance staff was so hard working and quick whenever there was a problem (there were a few, but not a big deal). Roger was awesome! He was our guide for the Manuel Antonio Park and Rainmaker. He is extremely knowledgeable about the biology of the area and so passionate about protecting the precious environment. He's also a skilled nature photographer..ask to see his photos.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this little gem!

We rented a car when we stayed here on advise of another traveler. Thankful we did! The place is a little remote. I recommend a rental car if you want to get out and about.
The "guys" (as they are called) are great and very helpful.
The place itself is beautiful and soothing. We met a lot of great people and we had a blast.

Room Tip: Better to have an upstairs condo then downstairs condo! Some local animals know how to open the sli...
