I tried POPS once and will not return,
What the chain has mastered is ice cream textures.
What is needs to work on if I am to return one day:
- flavours - e.g. how hard can it be to work with lemons rather than artificial lemon flavouring?
- service - quite often there will be a pile of people behind the counter, but only one is taking orders (veery slowly) so that a nice queue builds up and no one will be clearing and wiping down tables
- price - at say 500 colones per scoop I would give POPS another try, but at their current price point I expect them to deliver quality from the start
