We stay at the hotel as well. As soon as the driver to this hotel had his moment, hè told us that we have to eat here. He was the second one who advised us, so we did.
We had lamb and tenderloin (in a crust of pistache and macedamia foam). They gave us steak knives, but the meat was so tender that you've could cut it with a spoon! I also recommend you to take the tres leche as a desert.
The place is very beautyfull and the staff very friendly.
