We have just spent 3 nights at this wonderful resort, unfortunately the weather was not as we had hoped, but the location, quality of accomodation and exceptional service made up for it. The bungalows were very spacious and extremely well appointed. The only thing that was a pain was having the suitcase stand infront of the mirror...doesn't that sound petty, but truly that is the only thing that I would change. We were first taken to 118 which was at the end and higher off the beach. The swimming not as good and a long way to walk to the facilities so we asked to be shifted to the other side and we had 111 which was perfectly positioned with only a couple of steps up from the beach and to have a hammock outside our bungalow was a highlight. To sit up in bed and see the reef was divine. Nothing was ever any trouble to the staff, and I mean anything...Jason was so accommodating organising whatever we wanted to do, we just had to turn up. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this resort...the desserts were unbelievable, the Triple Coconut platter to die for. If I had to sum up the best thing....it would be the people, genuine, caring, friendly and professional all at the same time....a dream holiday!

Room Tip: Rooms on the north side are lower to the beach and flatter..better suited to using the facilities.

We came over for the Motu to Motu following the Vaka Eiva in November. Everything from the Airport pick up, to the meet and greet by Julian at the Hotel to Nga who would pick us up anywhere on the island, this paradise really was! I have worked with various hotels over the years and everything was spot on. A vast breakfast menu; the amenities in the rooms to the "midnight snacks" at turn-down I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break. The staff are so genuinely friendly and go over and above to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: The Beach Bungalow is spacious and quiet and has everything you would need

We just returned from the Cook Islands. Spent 3 nights at this resort. It was a beautiful and private resort. We enjoyed the bungalow that we stayed in. Had a huge bathroom with a double vanity. Huge room with a sitting area. The deck overlooked the beach and onto the beautiful ocean. We found it to be quite private. Enjoyed the fruit and wine we were given. We really enjoyed the polynesian dance show and the buffet dinner featuring the island dishes. I can't say enough about the staff. They definitely went above and beyond. Loved the picnic lunch they packed for us to take on our private lagoon cruise that they helped us arrange.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and were given the best large villa - it had huge bedroom and bathroom, as well as walk in wardbrobe and big airy lounge. The large decking overlooking the lagoon was great, comfortable furniture and very private. A bottle of bubbly was waiting on our arrival !

The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Free use of bikes and canoes gave us our daily activity from lying by the stunning lagoon.

The food is pricey (but so is everything on the island) but good variety, high quality and interesting. Ensure you get breakfast included.

Great location! Great food! Great hotel! Great staff! Our honeymoon at Pacicfic Resort Aitutaki was outstanding. From the greeting and transfer from the airport, to the welcome from the general manager at the resort and the overall service and professionalism at this property I would recommend the Pacific Resort to anybody. The level of service was excellent! Thank you so much Julian and your team for making our stay with you one of the best I have had.

My husband and i stayed for 5 nights for our honeymoon in november 2011, lets just say im still speechless, pacific resort aitutaki is amazing, it truely is a slice of paradise in the middle of the pacific. The service at the resort is excellent, my husband and I felt like king and queen, whatever we asked for we recieved, the food is so divine! we were lucky enough to personally meet the chef, we had a tent organised for us on the beach to watch the sunset while we dined which was truely remarkable, The supervisor there Jason looked after us and we truely felt the service was personally tailored to us, big thankyou to Jason and to the general manager Julian, our beach front villa was right on the water our view was breath taking, room service was on the spot and non invasive, we had a lot of privacy and tranquility. our welcome at the airport was lovely we were greeted by julian and jason at the resort. and Julian also walked us out when we left and gave a small gift. it truely felt sad to leave there it started to feel like home. the lagoon is out of this world, the water so clear and beautiful aqua colour, we experienced unforgetable snorkelling around the islands and fed fish by hand as they swarmed around us. this really was an amazing honeymoon we will never forget. I cant wait to go there again!

Our recent Cook Island adventure was completed only by staying in Aitutaki. We had been planning our vacation for quite some time and began in Rarotonga. When we exited the plane we were in awe of what we saw...never would we see a more beautiful place...Until...we visited the most romantic island...Aitutaki...our long awaited honeymoon (three years) could not have been more perfect....the scenery...the hospitality....was beyond anything we could have ever expected or anticipated. We were told by a dear friend who has been visiting the islands and especially loved Aitutaki that it is Heaven on earth but it was an island so if you need it bring it...oh we brought it; thank you for reminder of the importance of romance...of being generous...hospitable...and loving to all people...we will be back...and hopefully next time watch the blessings God has given us (our children) play on the shores of one of his greatest gifts he built for us...Aitutaki. Thank you Julian and Jason! You are treasured friends...see you again soon...

Room Tip: The most amazing suites and constantly groomed....we were very impressed. We have a love for room 10...
