Don't miss this for lunch. Across the road pine of the best snorkeling spits on the island. So spend the morning exploring and work up an appetite and then enjoy. Excellent value of money and friendly staff. Will be back next year for sure.

Had hoped for more options of local pickles/relishes in the shop but found those very limiting. A very popular snorkelling spot and often busy.

We did not try a smoothie but should have! We can recommend the fish and chips, or fush and chups as everyone else seemed to be calling them. Right across the road from the best snorkelling spot in Raro, you have to add this spot to your places to visit in Rarotonga.

Stopped there because we had heard about the Tropical smoothies and it was great with some friendly staff.

Just visited the Cooks for the third time and we make a point whenever we are riding around the Island that we stop in at the Fruits of Rarotonga to grab the fruit smoothie of the day. The ladies working there are so friendly and the drinks are to remind you of the fresh fruits of the Islands. make a point to stop in and grab a smoothie....then wonder across the street for some of the best snorkelling on the Island.
