Owner description: Reachable by hiking trail or four-wheel vehicle, Rarotonga's only fall is also known as Papua Waterfall, because water from the Papua stream spills down the cliff into a beautiful swimming hole.

came last yr and was pretty dry to to lack of rain....this yr it was stunning...lovely scenic place to stop and take breath from running round island
was lucky enough to be there when two local girls who had been confirmed at catholic church popped up to take some pics of themselves (beautifully dressed in white with traditional head e'is ..gorgeous!)
yes there was rubbish overflowing from the bbq but we are kiwis..so we picked it up and tidied..
this is a problem on island but one that has got a heap better since we went last yr with recycling focus and clean up days etc

Thank Niccibergman

We had been driving around island and came across it by chance.
I wouldn't call it attraction just the time killer...
I agree with some of the previous reviews that there is bit of rubbish lying around.
See attached pictures.

A rush of water, but only because it had absolutely bucketed down the day before. A nice scooter up the hill, but not much to see and a lot of mozzies so spray before you go!

An average water fall which we visited as part of our Mountain Safari trip, all part and parcel of the sites to see.
