So my son and I visited Sakura last night and Johnny was our Sushi Chef. He was fun to talk with and an excellent Chef! We had a Chugach roll, St. Elias roll, and a speciall one he made for us based on what we liked. All were awesome with very fresh fish and artistically done. He even made us a Sushi sort of flower with smoked tuna before we left. Sure, the handle-bar mustach was a little goofy, but he was fun to talk with, the atmosphere was great, and the food was superior! What a nice surprise!!!
