We took the behind the scenes tour. It was July and the tanks were packed with salmon returning and so got to see the whole process of what happens when they return. Some of us left not feeling so good. It's not for the squeamish. Knowing what happens and seeing it are two different things. It's not a long tour and it is quite educational, but I think it would help (if you're taking the longer tour) to be forewarned. Just a note, part of the tour was outside and it was extremely windy and chilly, although a beautiful day. I had to run back to the car for a jacket.
