Just spent three nights in Ketchikan at the Inn. We had a comfortable apartment with full kitchen. It could sleep four, with a queen bed in one room and sofa bed in the lounge. The location is perfect, right in the center of town. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, including O'Briens Pub which is adjacent to the hotel. Best of all was the friendly service provided by Jose and Jessica, who cheerfully ferried us to and from activities and transportation. They helped make our vacation easy and interesting. Our thanks to them.

If you find yourself in Ketchikan Alaska, this is the place. Turn of the (last) century funky charm with a great staff! Shuttle service from the airport and ferry, attached to a great bar. The rooms are a little small but very well appointed. I felt like I was back in the 1890's (with all the good 21st century stuff)

We booked a loft room and we were totally impressed when we arrived! Clean and comfortable! It was a great space with shabby chic furniture antique mixed with a new kitchenette including stainless steel fridge. Jacuzzi tub was a fantastic surprise! Loved the red velvet curtain!!

a great spiral staircase takes you up to the loft, again nicely decorated and a comfy bed.

Lots of windows offer beautiful light. The view from deck over the creek is fabulous - we were welcomed by a friendly seal. The deck was the perfect spot for a glass of wine in the late evening and coffee in the morning.

We stayed on a romantic weekend getaway but it would also be great for a family stay. Loved that we were staying in a room with so much history - was fun to make up stories about who had stayed before us...

Our new favourite getaway in Ketchikan!

Room Tip: Take a room on the creek!

We rented a room called the "wharf" it is what the staff called "Ketchikan Chic" kinda shabby looking outside, but beautiful and spacious inside with a full kitchen, 2 pull out couches & two bedrooms. WILL be staying here again.

Room Tip: Big families or sharing with friends, the Wharf room is great!

Had the pleasure of spending two nights in this charming, turn of the century hotel. The good: great view, nice people, right next to creek street and a really short walk downtown. O'Brien's grill next door has the best salmon balls on the planet and really good food and a great staff. Bathroom is beautiful and fully modern which is nice. The bad: tall flight of stairs to get to rooms, not for the mobility challenged. Room did not have a fan and we arrived on the hottest day of the year (83 degrees), incredibly stuffy and hot room, staff probably should have realized this ahead of time. We asked for a fan and one of the managers bought us one which was nice. If you have a vehicle parking can be an issue as the hotel does not have a parking lot and street parking is only 2hrs in front of the hotel.

All in all, we would stay here again.

We booked this hotel because of its location...right around the corner from Creek Street and adjacent to shopping and good restaurants. Much to our surprise it turned out to be our favorite hotel on our trip. The rooms are charming, the restoration of the old building amazing and the staff as friendly as can be. Jose, the manager, and his wife even invited us, some other guests, and friends to a BBQ on the back deck. The food in the Irish Pub downstairs was great and the staff soon became like old friends. If you want the charm of old Alaska with the comfort of a modern hotel don't miss this one. It is truly amazing. We hated to leave!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the harbor across the street.
