We stopped in to have a beer and a snack. We all got the fish and chips and they were wonderful. The server was so sweet and talkative, we really enjoyed it. I will say that the manager/owner ? maybe, didn't seem too excited to have us in the place. I think he is sick of tourists and is ready for the season to be over. I smiled and spoke to him and he just stared and never responded. I am sure he is really nice to the locals. Kind of a shame because the place is really good.

Small cozy place near the Creek Street shopping area. Stopped in for a quick bite and was delicious. Fish and chips was very good and the waitress even split the plate for us. My friend had the fish chowder and said it was delicious as well. Very friendly atmosphere and a good value. Very easy walking distance from the cruise ship terminal.

with an Irish flavor, obviously. Excellent service, excellent draft micro brew selection, wonderful fish soup. Tables by the front have lovely views of the harbor. (It's really a 4.5 rating!)

Stopped in for some Alaska style fish and chips after seeing the restaurant from a tour bus. Place wasn't very busy, perhas 35 percent full and there was at least 4 wait staff milling around and behind the bar. The 2 of us sat at a table for 6 and overheard one woman telling another that we should be moved in case a party of 6 came in. Realizing that there really weren't a lot of large tables around, we moved to a table for 2 without beong asked and poceeded to wait for some sort of acknowledgement or service..at the very least some menus.

5 minutes later decided they weren't all that interested in serving us so we walked out. No one said a word to us the whole time, I can only surmise they must of made enough money for the season and couldn't care less.

Ended up at the Alaska Fish House, had an excellent meal and encountered staff that was happy to have our business.

We stayed at the Hotel and had breakfast and dinner here. Our breakfast was simple: bagel sandwiches. Well prepared and served by the friendly staff. For dinner, we all had variations on fish and chips which were great. Try the fried salmon and chips!
