The gauntlet in the vistor's center was downright scary, but we had already booked our flight at Booth 19. They were very good, very professional, had a shuttle to take us to the site. The planes looked a little run down, but the pilots were both very good, very personable and very professional. Long walk down the ramp to the dock, not good for the mobility challenged, but everything went smoothly, all the people in the plane had great views, and the weather cooperated to the point of beautiful. Landing on the float in the mountain fjord was a good experience and the rain stopped and the sun came out while we were there. They are a family business with pride, they had their Trip Advisor badge proudly displayed, and I had no problem with giving them an excellent recommendation based on our experience. It was pretty much the highlight of our cruise.
