Room had fridge, microwave, high speed wireless internet. Continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs and breakfast meat, although for some reason they never seem to have both eggs and plates at the same time, so get a plate and wait for the eggs. Rooms are nice and service is good. Desk staff was friendly and competent. The restaurant is very good, although pricey. Although the hotel faces the harbor, it seems that most of the rooms do not have a view; ours faced a steep hillside about six feet from the window.
I learned from the locals that June is a bad month to visit Kodiak. It rains nearly the entire month. They say July and August are much better.
