Description: At St. Elias Brewing Company, we believe in handcrafting innovative, high quality, world class beers. Our beers match the personality of our business, fun and lively, yet historic and eclectic. Brewing on a 7 barrel brewhouse, we promise our product will arrive fresh in your glass, as beer was intended. Why should your beer travel across the country to your glass, when you can get one fresh from across the room?

We got there late and it wasn't a problem. The brewery atmosphere was fun, full of locals enjoying themselves. Good and friendly service as well as good food and drink

Had a good meal at the brewery - great beer and decent pizza (my pizza standards are very high!). The service was kind of slow but the staff were all friendly. I would go back for the beer.

Having driven past the St Elias Brewing Company on the Sterling Hwy in Soldotna for years -- but not stopping to check it out -- we finally decided to sample their offerings... and were really pleased with what we found :) Their menu includes a nice array of salads, sandwiches, and homemade pizzas (which appears to be their speciality). We ordered their Asian salad to share amongst the 3 of us, were amazed at the giant platter of greens etc. that arrived quickly at our table... and were delighted at the very yummy taste too! All of their pizzas are 11" in diameter, so we decided to order 2 of them... and were again pleased to see these pies heaped with lots of fresh ingredients, atop a really delicious dough that had great texture and thickness. We can vouch for the super tastiness of the Mediterranean and Chicken Pesto pizzas (the caramelized onions on the latter were a very nice addition). Two pies proved to be way too much for us to eat that night (= good lunch fodder the next day), and we were too full to sample their desserts (will know better next time to save room for this). The interior decor was pleasingly eclectic, and lent a nice ambiance... the place was packed (even during mid-week), and we saw a number of families w/ children who were enjoying their repasts too (nice to see this at a brewpub!). Our server was very polite, friendly, and efficient too... Plus, they are open late into the evening (which makes for a nice alternative to pre-made sandwiches from Safeway, or fast food joints). We'll definetly be back (and are kicking ourselves for not "discovering" this great eatery sooner) -- enjoy!

We stopped in here last night after a recommendation from our salmon fishing guide. He said the pizza was really good and he did not disappoint us. I shared a Mediterranean salad to begin with that was plenty big for two of us with a little bit left over that we could not eat. It was nice because it was not just lettuce and tomatoes, it also had salami, olives and feta cheese with a really good dressing. We shared a pizza as well. We got the brewhouse and the other half was a Mediterranean with feta and artichokes.. I would recommend going here if you are interested in getting a local microbrew since my husband seemed to enjoy that as well. Me on the other hand, after fishing all day on the river I really look forward to a good hot cup of tea.

We stopped in to check the place out. Bought a growler of beer from a bartender who did not make us feel very welcomed.
