Last summer I had scheduled a fly out with Talon Air and bad weather grounded their planes that day unfortunately. Since an Alaskan fly out trip had been a bucket list item of mine for some time I had to reschedule for this years trip for sure. Did the Wolverine Creek fly out trip on the 10th. Weather was not the best early on but improved. Because of this there were many more anglers at the honey hole than normal since they couldn't fly to other spots with the weather that day. Regardless, everyone on our boat limited out quickly on Reds and it left plenty of time to check out the sites as well. Our guide Matt was fantastic and we plan to request him again on our next adventure. Matt grilled up some fresh salmon for us for lunch on the boat that was amazing. I highly recommend Talon Air if you get the chance.
