Hello,
I stayed for a couple of days in this Hotel. It is a business Hotel. I was there for an
exhibition.

Service was very friendly. Rooms where OK. Breakfast was more than enough. Only the
location is poor but I think it will change soon. Because there are some construction sites
around the Hotel but you do not hear any noise in your room.

Too make it short: You can not walk around and have a dinner. You need to drive by Taxi
or stay in the Hotel. The brazilian buffet is very good.

I will stay again in this Hotel next time.

Having stayed here many times over the last 4 years I thought I should write a review for others.
Whilst the hotel is away from the centre of TEDA, the location is quite and its easy to get a taxi to travel to the centre or a 15 min walk.
The breakfast is very good although, its best to book it as part of your package with the hotel.
If you are a PC plat member the lounge on the 20th floor has snacks and free drinks early evening.
The Chinese restaurant is very good, but expensive. The main restaurant is a buffet/Brazilian style.
The rooms are good and clean and staff very helpful.

Like: Rather big room. Attentive breakfast and bar service.

Dislike: Far away from tianjin binhai city and no proper restaurant nearby (although taxi is always available at door-step). Centralized air-conditioning (bad for me as the hotel decided to adjust the temperature higher at the request of other guest, and can't open the window for better ventilation). Breakfast is served at restaurant which is oddly located at 14th floor (hence the trouble of going from my room at 10th floor to 14th floor for breakfast everyday, and go down to leave the hotel), with exactly the same food for the two weeks when I was there. Exterior windows were extremely dirty hence blocking all the views.

Room Tip: If possible, choose other hotels in BinHai downtown

The problem with this hotel is that the management of the hotel decided to turn-off the central air-condition so I had to open the window or else it gets stuffy inside the room. They said that it is the Tianjin government law to save energy. I don't know whether this applies to other hotels in the area but this is ridiculous since the weather outside isn't cool enough to turn-off the air condition.

The lobby wifi area is pretty poor too and the staff has to be English-trained in order to be able to maintain their standard. I am sorry but I wouldn't want to come back here but the breakfast is a plus though in terms of service but not the quality of the breakfast.

There's a lot of work to be done for this hotel.
