Marvelous views over the river, very professional staff, fabulous SPA.
We had dinner lunch by the pool and it was very relaxing and the food was perfect.
The hotel looks like colonial which give us an idea of a romantic place by the river.
The pool has a very nice view and has the right size to swim a little at the sunrise.

Room Tip: River view with balcony.

We stayed only one night at this hotel during our tour of the mekong delta but wished we had stayed longer, the hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely restaurant terrace and swimming pool. We also ate in the restaurant looking out onto the mekong, great location and lovely food but more expensive than the usual Vietnamese restaurants. Breakfast also had a huge selection of food from many countries. All in all a very good hotel with good service.

We spent two nights at this hotel with a tour group before we took their speedboat to Phnom Penh. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had a large bathroom. We had a view of the city street rather than the Mekong River but that didn't bother us. We just had to go down to the lobby and there was easy access to patios along the river. The food, while not top of the line, was very good...mostly sort of French and a nice change from the local food we had been eating on our trip. Great location...can walk from the hotel down to a very nice waterfront park and over to the local market which was fun to walk through. Each evening the staff put a little gift on our bed (whether this is hotel policy or part of a tour package, I don't know) which was so neat...first night a little basket, second night a little pot. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back. Have nothing negative to say about our stay.

We had two interconnecting rooms for our family. One king size and the other triple for our three children.

Checkin was fast and efficient with cold wet face washers and a welcome drink.

The pool was nice and lounges comfortable. Lovely view of the Mekong from both our room and from the pool.

We got in late that evening so decided to eat in the restaurant. The food was nice and not overly expensive. Good variety to suit different tastes. My husband and daughter had a fish curry amok which they said was delicious. Nice selection for breakfast and good quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We caught a speedboat to Cambodia from the hotel jetty (our tour company booked this so not sure how much it cost.) it was a comfortable trip and the hotel proved a lunch snack, water, fruit and tea and coffee for the journey. The visa processing was easy and the hotel man helped us. (We did get caught leaving Cambodia however because they staple a piece of paper in your passport which we didn't realise is your departure card and because we had not filled ours out when we got to the immigration desk we had to pay the official a bribe to let us through. This is no reflection on the hotel just a little tip if you go to Cambodia this way.)

The rooms were very large and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The showers were clean but in a little need of renovation but they had plenty of very hot water which is not that common in the other Asian hotels we have stayed in.

I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Lovely hotel and good food, but unhappy, unsmiling staff. Such a shame after visiting the other victoria hotel on the Mekong where the service was awesome. One night was enough and we won't return.......................................

We arrived from Phnom Pehn via speed boat and stayed a night at this hotel. We got a beautiful welcome and upgraded to a river view room with incredible views. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had a swim in the pool with views of the river and ate in restaurant looking out over the river. Beautiful meal. The only down for me was that we didn't stay longer and explore the region.
