“Great tour and good place”
Reviewed 15 February 2012

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Good view and nice room with balcony looking out the mountain and valley. Only little cold, but we rented heater (4 USD one night). Staff is helpful about organising tours. The guide Mr Zhi is good at english and he recommended us where to visit.
We have meals at hotel. Good meal and delicious. We cooked by ourselves. Very excellent experience in Sapa. Thank you all staffs in Sapaglobal. We will meet you again. Please send us some pictures taken at your hotel.

Room Tip: the 2nd floor is good view

We stayed at Sapa Global in Febuary as part of a tour organised for us. The hotel itself is fairly average (damp and not super clean) however the staff were friendly and willing to help out wherever they could. We were moved from our first room as the roof was leaking (on suggestion by staff not our request). Our second room -301 was much better. There is no aircon or heating - $3.50 to hire a heater which we did cause it was cold and a little damp. The food at the cafe was basic but delicious. I believe there are better places to stay in Sapa for the same if not a cheaper price. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice friendly staff. Very helpful about organising tickets. We had a great trek up Mt Fansipan with an excellent guide (Thung) and porter (Thinh). Room was cheap, but very damp and cold (we were travelling in winter though).

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room with a window so you can open it.

this hotel was a very bad choice, we booked 7 rooms for family holiday 2 nights, check in time is 1400 we got to the hotel at 1700 hotel owner told us room not ready until 19.30 pm, and lied to us. she apologized and offering us a small bottle of local wine(cost about USD $2.50) but later added to the bill. whats a nasty suprise!!! rooms are very dirty and there wasnt enough hot water in all room even though winter in sapa is very cold , we ended up with cold shower. there are many other good hotels in sapa , watch out for this one. do not stay in this hotel.

Maybe my rating is severe, or we expected more but there are better choices in Sapa.

-room was nice with a nice view, but very cold. After trekking in the rain a worm place is appreciated in the winter time. We manage to get from the staf a heater, and get through the night.

- restaurant - very bad experience from 3 points of view: food, service, and the temperature few degrees over 0 C. We ask several time the waiter to make a fire and he ignored us completely.

Nobody professional seems to work there. Just a bunch of kids walking around speaking poor english.

i stayed at this hotel 1 month ago. the hotel was great with good service. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. They helped us to rent a motorbike to discovery Sapa on our own. The hotel was in the center so it was easy for us to walk around in the evening. We had the great time at Sapa Global Hotel

Room Tip: deluxe room with great view.
