I found this resort quite luxurious , open fires burning in reception, bar and restaurant which added an Alpine feel. The grounds were lovely and view over the town very quaint.
We arrived and left on the train and found the manager very accommodating ,providing early room access and use of the room to freshen up past our check out time. The restaurant was lovely and food excellent.
The day spa facilities were beautiful and the service excellent... expensive yes for Vietnam but not for anywhere else I have travelled. the setting was superb.I would highly recommend to stay here and enjoy the luxury.
Thank you to the staff for being so helpful.

The Victoria is the only place to stay for its comfort & charm in otherwise chaotic Sapa, plus it’s only a short walk, or golf buggy ride, down to the central plaza. Hotel features friendly helpful staff, bar & restaurant, La Terrasse Barbeque, indoor pool & spa. You’ll enjoy most or all during your stay. Enjoyed local dancers / musicians during Saturday night dinner.
Rooms are very pleasant w modern bathroom & amenities. Nicely located on a hilltop providing some town & mountain views.
You’ll enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: Not Handicap accessed, but few hotels outside of big cities are...

We came to Sapa for its landscape, culture and weather.
Choosing Victoria Spa Resort fulfills all 3 with luxury thrown in as well.
Easy to walk around the town square, the nearby amenities complements whatever that Victoria Resort already provides; Well trained totally likeable staff, fantastic breakfast spread, rejuvenating spa and heated pool especially was welcoming after a whole day's trekking around the tribal villages.

We spent 3 nights here. Very comfortable room overlooking garden. Very clean.
Breakfast was good and varied - love the egg station where they cook your egg for you fresh.
Happy hour for beer and cocktails made the price reasonable and they were good cocktails.
Spa up the hill was nice and my Thai massage was good. Quite expensive but worth it after the night on the train and trekking.
A little oasis in an otherwise chaotic building site of Sapa currently!
