“Good staff and a good location”

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the rooms were large and we had a great view into the valley. As part of a group booking we did not have a choice of a lunch menu but found the food supplied was good and breakfast was quite good also.
We found it easy to walk around Sapa from this location and a chance to explore the markets and the shops.
There are many places to eat nearby and a good coffee shop next door.

after the board meeting hotel and consider carefully all the customer reviews on TripAdvisor and a realistic assessment of hotel which we collected directly at the hotel, the hotel owner has launched a revolutionary decision. next time we will accelerate the replacement of all the old equipment of the hotel with the latest equipment, the most modern and at the same time we will expand the recruitment of new personnel to the big cities to fill the gaps in personnel that we are facing and we will periodically recurring training for older workers are currently working to improve the skills of employees.

Holiday Sapa is made special because of the customer service. The receptionists obviously love their jobs!. The view is also amazing and location couldn't be better. Eat breakfast in the street for local fresh produce. Shop great value!

My friends and I (5 of us) stayed in this wonderful hotel for a night, and we thought that it was an amazing place with a good rate for a massive room with heaps of space (not to mention the breathtaking view overlooking the hills of Sapa from our balcony)! The best part of our stay there is definitely the marvellous hospitality that we received from the very second we arrived at the hotel, till the moment of our departure. The staff were particularly amazing and absolutely accommodating, especially James, who is possibly the most awesome & friendly host we've ever met! He also gave us an excellent rate for a day tour to Bac Ha Market (private van and tour guide included). And to top it all off, he even offered to come along on the trip to further enhance our experience at the market (he's got some pretty good jokes). To all travellers heading to Sapa, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a place that provides absolute comfort and friendliness!

Room Tip: Rooms facing the hills are the best. Try asking for one...and more importantly, be nice.

We stayed as part of a group for 4 nights.
Overall it was pretty good value in an excellent location .

Our room had a fantastic outlook over the valley - pity it was always foggy so didnt see anything for our entire stay :(
Our room was the middle level in quality - some rooms have been upgraded.
Bathroom just average - no shower curtain over the bath, torn or worn out towels.
Clean room.
Bed was huge but had extremely hard foam which was a bit uncomfortable by the morning.
Breakfast buffet was good but nothing to write home about.
Very cheap to have your laundry done.

It was just a few minutes walk up the hill to Sapa markets where you can buy North Face gear very cheaply (avoid the shops on the street)

We booked a tour here with awesome travel. Our sheets were very dirty and clearly had not been changed. To their credit, staff were quite embarrassed when we showed them the dirty sheets and changed them straight away. Scratchy towels.

Great location, hotel staff are friendly welcoming and attentive to all needs…Great view of the mountain range and from the full glass windows in the dining area. Rooms are spacious clean and comfy..Breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold assortments.Would not hesitate booking again :-)

I spent one night at the hotel whilst on a tour of Sapa. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were super friendly and spoke excellent English. I left baggage at the hotel while I went on a home stay the other night I was there and security seemed very good. Definitely worth staying here.
