“best holiday we have had”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2014

it was our first time in Turkey and we stayed at the Patio Hotel,25/07/-04/08/2014 Rooms are basic , comfortable and clean. We stayed half board and found the food fantastic. All the staff were professional but always had time to have a chat and bent over backwards to make your holiday enjoyable. The hotel is situated in the perfect location just on the edge of the town ideal if you don't like being in the centre for the noise and it only takes a couple of minuets walk to get too. diners are looked after by Hammet,Sam, Surcan & jibby who can't do enough for you. and we have these people to thank for making this a special and enjoyable first holiday in Turkey. and if it wasn't for them we think the holiday would not have been the same. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the Patio Hotel or if you don't stay there try there food and Hospitality you will not be dissapointed. The pool is clean and never busy which makes it a lot more relaxing.

Ray and Hazel young.

Recently stayed at patio hotel in dalyan turkey, we had a lovely stay and the brothers who run the hotel couldn't do enough for all the guests and Jono who looked after the rooms made our stay all the more pleasant. Will stay again with no worries.

I returned to Dalyan and booked Patio after dining there on my last trip to Dalyan. I was not disappointed. All the staff are professional but also really fun, food was exceptional and the menus canter for all tastes, we are at the restaurant every night and always impressed. Highly recommend this hotel..... One tip for you wifi guys tho, best to get rooms nearer the reception. Definitely going back

Just got back from a 10 day stay half board at the Patio Hotel. First time to Dalyan but been to Turkey before. Dalyan is beautiful and fell in love with it immediately. We had read reviews of Patio prior to going and had mixed thoughts, but when we got there it was fantastic. The room was basic but clean. We had a few bites at the start of the holiday but bought air con and then no problems. The food for breakfast and dinner was great. Always fresh food and the dinner was varied and authentic and the beer was outstanding! Couldn't fault the staff, everyone polite and helpful and gave a great atmosphere to the resturant and bar. Pool was quiet and had it to ourself most of the time. Nice and close to the boats and the main street. Would definitely return to this hotel, although it was basic, it was clean and great value for money, given how cheap it was!

Room Tip: Towards the back of the hotel is quieter as away from the resturant. We over looked the resturant an...

First stayed at the Patio Hotel back in 2012 and wrote a glowing review on Trip Advisor.
2nd time around and it's a slightly different story.
The hotel is looking to put it politely a little tired. It seems the running of the hotel has now been subcontracted to the staff. Who are not it seems service orientated.
We stayed bed and breakfast as Dalyan is full of first class restaurants that are all begging to be tried.
This seemed to upset some of the staff who actually demanded that we ate dinner at the hotel.
Because we didn't there was a definite atmosphere that created a little bit of tension.
They also appear to be suffering a little as they now have some immediate competition with two new restaurants open just over the road.
Also the hotel restaurant prices are a little on the steep side compared to other comparable restaurants in the area.
However top marks must go to Gonul who looks after the housekeeping of not only the guests rooms but also the staffs accommodation! the gardening! washing and countless other jobs around the hotel.

Stayed for 2 weeks late May, the rooms are basic (eg no fridge or TV) but are otherwise OK. No real mosquito problems, used a liquid plugin at night and Jungle formula spray. Maybe 3 or 4 bites the whole trip but don't think any were in the room. Also of note is that the restaurant has possibly the coldest beer in Dalyan, ate there a few times but apart from a good omelette there wasn't much to entice a vegetarian like me back.

Room Tip: Try get near pool end, some are nearer the restaurant though I'm not sure how much of an issue n...
