“Fab budget hotel- great holiday”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 August 2014

Just got back from a great holiday, a last minute deal. Have stayed in Dalyan a couple of times, last year staying in private apartment so we were were a bit apprehensive about being half board. Needn't have been as the food was lovely and a nice variety too. It was also great to be told that if there was anything on the menu that we didn't like they would happily offer us something else, which they did on a couple of occasions for my youngest.
Rooms are simple and basically furnished but very clean. We had 2 rooms, one being a large room with a double and single. We were near the street/restaurant end, with small balconies and noise was never a problem as the music was switched off around midnight and we were always up then anyway. Worth paying for air con as so hot in August!
Large pool just adjacent to the hotel and often there'd only be a handful of people or sometimes we'd have it to ourselves. Plenty of sunbeds and a handy covered area with tables/chairs, providing shade.
Hotel is in a great position, near all the restaurants and bars but not right in the noisy centre. 5 minute walk to pretty river walk. Staff are nice and friendly and work very hard, especially young lad Jibee! Would happily return.

Room Tip: Rooms nearer restaurant have better Wi-Fi!

3rd year in a row we have visited Dalyan and it was the first time we have done half board. Rooms are basic and clean with spacious balcony. Decent size pool with views of mountains in the distance - pool area is never too busy which is good and there are plenty of sunbeds! Staff are very friendly and always have time for a chat.

Half board Turkish breakfast is from 8-10am and you help yourself. Only thing that could be improved is if there was some sort of variety every couple of days as it got quite repetitive!
Meals in the evening were very tasty, filling and of a great standard.

Preferred staying this end of town as it was quieter but still close to all the bars and you weren't woken at 5am each morning to the mosque man!!

Would go back!

Room Tip: We had two rooms, one was a family room which was closer to the road and the other was towards the o...

We have just returned from our second holiday this year again staying at the Patio Hotel in Dalyan. Once again we had the best holiday with the best staff. They made our stay all the more special as we took our granddaughter (her first trip abroad) for her 16th birthday. This is the third time that we have stayed here and are looking forward to returning again in the near future. The staff are professional and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They really made her birthday special and celebrated with a cake. The food in the restaurant is always first class. This time we stayed half board and were never hungry. Thanks again to you all.

Room Tip: The pool end of the hotel is more suited to quiet evenings sitting on your balcony.

it was our first time in Turkey and we stayed at the Patio Hotel,25/07/-04/08/2014 Rooms are basic , comfortable and clean. We stayed half board and found the food fantastic. All the staff were professional but always had time to have a chat and bent over backwards to make your holiday enjoyable. The hotel is situated in the perfect location just on the edge of the town ideal if you don't like being in the centre for the noise and it only takes a couple of minuets walk to get too. diners are looked after by Hammet,Sam, Surcan & jibby who can't do enough for you. and we have these people to thank for making this a special and enjoyable first holiday in Turkey. and if it wasn't for them we think the holiday would not have been the same. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the Patio Hotel or if you don't stay there try there food and Hospitality you will not be dissapointed. The pool is clean and never busy which makes it a lot more relaxing.

Ray and Hazel young.

Recently stayed at patio hotel in dalyan turkey, we had a lovely stay and the brothers who run the hotel couldn't do enough for all the guests and Jono who looked after the rooms made our stay all the more pleasant. Will stay again with no worries.

Just got back from a 10 day stay half board at the Patio Hotel. First time to Dalyan but been to Turkey before. Dalyan is beautiful and fell in love with it immediately. We had read reviews of Patio prior to going and had mixed thoughts, but when we got there it was fantastic. The room was basic but clean. We had a few bites at the start of the holiday but bought air con and then no problems. The food for breakfast and dinner was great. Always fresh food and the dinner was varied and authentic and the beer was outstanding! Couldn't fault the staff, everyone polite and helpful and gave a great atmosphere to the resturant and bar. Pool was quiet and had it to ourself most of the time. Nice and close to the boats and the main street. Would definitely return to this hotel, although it was basic, it was clean and great value for money, given how cheap it was!

Room Tip: Towards the back of the hotel is quieter as away from the resturant. We over looked the resturant an...
