I first came to Dalyan having heard it was a jewel, well hidden in Southern Turkey. With the Sea and protected beach on one side and the river and Lake on the other, which when combined together offers a world of secret delights providing an environment perfectly suited for families and friends and those of us interested in the geographical surrounds of where we stay.

In the midst of all the natural beauty that surrounds Dalyan can be found a delicious sancturay, a home from home - DALYAN CENTRAL PARK HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, owned by the charming and caring kudret and his family and it was during my first visit I was instantly welcomed into the family atmosphere and caring family centred environment. It was only after two weeks of being pampered and cared for by Kudret and his family I realised that the local saying about returning several times after an initial visit is most true. Kudret and his family of staff and friends have now welcomed me back twice already this year and I cannot wait to return in two weeks time. As I usually arrive during later afternoon, the timing is just right as I am met by the delicious aroma of the sheer richness of experiences DALYAN ENTRAL PARK has to offer and it never stops. With amazing with home-cooked food prepared, almost directly in front of you . Whilst waiting children can play around a well lit pool and grounds that would make Alan Titchmarsh green with envy. As well as perfectly prepared lunches and dinners a range of snacks can be ordered up during the eveing and night as long as it is not unreasonably late. The main lodge has 12 simple yet perfectly dressed and finished rooms with balconies tumbling with scented climbing plants grown over many years. The pool is central to the courtyard where families can be seen swimming and playing all day long or just resting out of the sun in a shady corners sipping from a glass of his hand pick wine for the day which will undoutably match Kudrets choice of food for the day.

As a rule I have never found myself putting any effort into reviewing a hotel spot but once you have spent many lunchtimes and evenings eating, drinking and playing one of many board games at Central Park Dalyan- it really would seem impossibly rude not to share this wonderful place with others.

Room Tip: Clean and pretty, well-cared for simple rooms wih KNOCK OUT food

I stayed at Central with my wife and in laws, it was their first time in Turkey and as we have stayed in Central before we chose for them to stay as well, we all had a fabulous time, Kudret will go out of his way to make your holiday special. Kudret's food is one of the best in Dalyan (review under restaurants Cafe Cemtral)
I am returning next week with my wife, family and friends, we have 7 rooms booked, all looking forward to seeing Kudret, people seem to think it's bit out of the way, but once you know the back route from the market square, cuts off the main road, its 10 minutes from town, well worth it in my opinion. The pool is beautiful, Kudret maintains it to the highest level, as my wife says, it's his baby! If you don't stay there this year, make sure you try his food,.you won't be dissapointed.

Wonderful, small family hotel, the staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Big rooms, spotlessly clean. Restaurant is excellent, Turkish breakfast is included in price but anything not on the menu, just ask, We have a villa near by but we needed a local hotel so that we can all be together in the summer. Kudret, the owner, really can't do enough for you. All of my family went away very happy and will certainly book for next year.

Excellent hotel, have stayed here many times and never been dissapointed, large rooms and the pool is spotless, Kudrets baby I would say. The food never fails and kudret is always offering different things that are not on the menu. We have 8 rooms booked for 16 nights in August, my family won't stay anywhere else. Cafe central is now listed under restaurants if you want to leave a review, a great idea as not everyone who eats here stays here..

This is the only place we have ever returned to for a second time, and have now booked the whole hotel for a family celebration in 2012. We absolutely love it!

What a fabulous place to stay! Kudret and his staff are lovely people and are always happy and friendly... oh, best not forget about Donna also... lovely!!!

The food is amazing, the pool and accomodation is lovely and the position is perfect just being 10mins walk from the centre. Anyone who stays will not be dissapointed. Didnt want to leave :( Will hopefully be back next year with my fellow Turkish Delighters!!!!

Recommend the Turkish Bath, just two minutes away and also the Private Boat Hire by the River.

I have one major complaint about this holiday - IT WAS TOO SHORT!! Definitely 10 days next year and hopefully with the same crowd - I cannot say enough about the welcoming, charm this hotel offers. The staff are truly wonderful - very attentive, happy people, a joy to be around. The surrounding area offers lots of unspoilt countryside, very green roling hills and the lakes and sea made our 'boating experience' fantastic. You really have to pinch yourself laying on the front of these boats with a cold beer and good friends, bobbing past the amazing tombs carved into the hills - nothing like home and such a relaxing pastime - we loved every minute. Thank you Kudret - you're a star xxxxx Love the Crumleys x
