We stayed for 8 nights after a 4 night stay in Istanbul so were looking for a good quality hotel for a relaxing stay. Overall we were very happy with our stay at the BC Spa hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dalyan.

We had a duplex room which was great. The bedroom was quite small but it was great to have a separate living area downstairs, not that we used it much. We also had a patio area overlooking the pool which was fantastic and where we tended to spend our time when in the hotel.

The spa was what tempted my wife when we looking at hotels in Dalyan...and was fantastic. As a guest you have free use of the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room. You can even use the hammam area on your own if you wish although it is well worth paying to have a Turkish bath.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an early start for our flight back home via Istanbul and when re-confirming our transfer kindly offered to make up a breakfast sandwich and a much needed fresh coffee at 6.00AM

My only slight disappointment was the breakfast. It was not bad and there was a good selection cheeses, salads and the like. There was though only 1 hot food selection a day. After 8 nights the breakfast was becoming a bit samey. We did not eat in the restaurant but the menu looked a bit dull and pricey compared to others nearby. Ii felt as if they were going through the motions on the food side which is a shame as they have beautiful setting by the river and with a little thought could be a great restaurant.

It is though only a short walk into town, or for a change of scene walk the other way up the river. We had lunch and and an evening meal at the Riverside which were both excellent.

Room Tip: Go for a duplex room near the pool

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast ok. Good location on the river, however we stayed early October and found the bar and restaurant lacking in atmosphere at night. Easy walk into town so did not spend time there at night.
Spa good, would stay again.

Me and the wife stayed at this hotel in September 2013. As we were being shown to our room i noticed that there was some building work taking place, but i must say at no time during our stay did we hear any noise from the builders it was as if they were not there. The whole complex was a lovely place, good swimming pool and sunbathing area. The resturant was great as was the food. It also has a pool underground with sauna, steam room and treatment area & the staff were great nothing was too much trouble for them. MY wife and i really enjoyed this hotel and we will be going back.

The spa facilities are great and free for use of residents. The massages are a reasonable price. The rooms are very satisfactory, but could do with better lighting. I was okay because I could read from my I-pad, but would be hard to read a book or magazine. Breakfast is a limited choice and looks a bit tired! Helpful on reception, and friendly overall. Great location on the riverside and a scenic short walk to the boats and town!

We stayed here for 14 nights in September 2013 and have to say it was the best hotel we have stayed in our 4 visits to Dalyan. It is located right on the river side, but yet just a 5 minute walk into the centre of town.
We had a duplex room on a bed and breakfast basis which meant there was a living room downstairs with sofa and sink and fridge, and bedroom and spacious bathroom upstairs. No tea or coffee making service so bring your own kettle. The only downside of this was the stairs themselves which were very steep and twisted and made of slippery marble tiles so extreme caution was needed using them. Would definitely not suit anyone with mobility problems.. Our room overlooked the pool and was close to reception but still far enough from bar area to be very quiet at night. It was cleaned regularly and fresh towels etc provided about every second day.
Breakfast was average for Turkey, but could be taken by the river or if like us you prefer your own coffee taken back to have on our balcony. A previous review complained about the lack of juice at breakfast and this was the ase the first couple of nights we were there, but then jugs of a variety of juice was provided thereafter.
The pool was very good and there were always plenty of sunbeds. The bar area was not very exciting but while there we met Kadri. the bar manager from The Binlik Hotel who said he would be running the bar and restaurant side of things next year and I am sure he will liven things up, as it was a bit dead with no incentive to stay there for a drink in the evening.
We did not eat at the hotel, but those we spoke to on half board said the food was very good.
We did not make much use of the spa area so cannot really comment much on that although I did have a back and shoulder massage. I had expected it to be relaxing but was in fact very painful and left me with aching muscles for days!
To sum up we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would consider returning especially if Kadri is in charge.

Room Tip: Either go for a duplex room near the reception or one of the new rooms overlooking the river.

we were staying at a nearby hotel and only visited this hotel for the Turkish bath. we booked the 75 Turkish lira(approx. 25£) package which included sauna, steam, Turkish bath, Cleopatra facial and a massage. the place is very well organised and very clean. we were met by the staff who took us through all the treatments. the staff were very well trained and professional. all the treatments were carried out with a lot of care and attention .in the past I have had some massages where I have felt a little uncomfortable as the masseur has been quite hard and not asked how I felt. at this spa, the masseur was very gentle and asked me if I was comfortable. although this place was a little more costly than the others in the area, it was well worth every penny. we were totally relaxed at the end of the session. I would highly recommend this.

We haven't stayed here but used the spa 2 years ago and again this year, it's amazing value at 30 Turkish lira (about £10 for the basic package) you get use of the sauna steam room a Turkish massage and ham am and use of the spa pool and jacuzzi, the ladies had the next package with a facial mud and back massage for around £20 really friendly staff and very clean and modern. I'd highly recommend, pop in and book a day or two in advance.
Feedback for owners, the spa could do with its own listing not under the hotel
