“Pool was the best bit”
Reviewed 15 August 2014 via mobile

We stayed here as a family of 6 after Dalyan checkout organised through Thomson our tour operator. On first impressions we thought it looked nice from the outside. However when we saw our rooms, we were so grateful to only be staying a few hours to have a shower and eat before our late night flight. The pool was nice but there were only 3 sun loungers to use. On arriving to our rooms there was no tv, the bedding was extremely old fashioned and the bathroom dark with no windows to allow natural daylight. The man at reception had the remote to our air conditioning which made no differences to the temperature of the room in 40 degree heat even after going out for a couple of hours. The dinner provided was poor salad bits and some chicken with plain pasta but was served by the kitchen lady for you. Therefore by the time we got to the airport we were starving and had no choice to wait until the plane as Dalaman Airport currently stands as one of the most expensive airports in the world. I think the hotels main purpose is for these checkout typed accomodation, however, i would not recommend anyone to stay longer than they have to.

We stayed here as part of a Thomson excursion. We basically had a room for 4 hours before we left for the airport. The shower hose was split so leaked, the mirror was dirty and broken, there were footprints on the wall. It didn't look like they had bothered much as they knew we were only there for a few hours. Also there was no loo roll. We had a shower and then went into Dalyan which was lovely. Recommend the city just not the hotel. The food was the only saving grace. Two meal choices, it's only a small hotel, 22 rooms, with plenty of sides. Again food was included but had to pay for drinks.

Stayed for a cew hours after the dalyan checkout. Looks lovely at first glance but the rooms are tiny and not comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids who had to share a bed. Food was not to our liking. View from room was a derelict waste land. Had a few hours sleep before a late flight and woke up feeling as though id had the crap kicked out of me the bed was that hard! Deffo wouldnt recommend staying here which is a shame because it was a fantastic holiday before coming here

We were here for a evening after doing the checkout day but you would not want to stay here for a week nice looking hotel rooms small but were fine and my food was fine some saying how bad it was! Didn't buy anything from the hotel so cannot comment on prices but doesn't seem like there would be much to do out and about in this area either! But could be an extremely cheap week away if you just want to laze around a pool for the day!

As many others have said we stayed as part of the Dalyan checkout trip. My review will reflect many of the other reviews, terrible. We arrived after a brilliant trip to a small , shabby excuse for a hotel. Looking forward to a relax before a late flight we were given a small, dark room. The bed was solid, towels grey, grubby and awful. The air conditioning remote was at reception, not that they hand it over when you arrive. The buffet food... Mmmmm don't expect a lot, it sat out for a few hours before it was our turn to eat, drinks are expensive and there are signs around stating not to bring outside drinks into the hotel. There is no lift, my bag was heavy and I struggled up the stairs with it. To come down with it later I struggled and the women who around sorting the food told me off for banging the steps!
Please don't go. We had such a fantastic holiday with such charming , friendly Turkish people throughout our time in Turkey and to end it here with these rude, unhelpful people was a shame.

During our last day in Turkey we booked on the Dalyan checkout day with Thompson and stayed here for a few hours at the end of the day but I would not want to stay here for a holiday.

From the reception the hotel looks nice but the rooms are a totally different matter. It was a tiny little room with hardly any room to move at all - especially when you have luggage in there. The balcony is also tiny with no room to move and the view overlooks wasteland/backs of houses.

The room was quiet dirty when we arrived too - lots of bits and the floor that needed sweeping up! The mirror was awful - covered in black so that you could hardly see.

The bathroom was small. The shower was very temperamental - it was a manual mixer which appeared to be either too hot or too cold at the slightest turn. It also leaked horrendously and following my shower the bathroom was flooded out and very slippy given there were no bathmats!

The staff seemed okay in reception but when our pick up arrived there was no one in reception to give the key back to so it was just left on the side. Also when we first arrived the staff member who was assisting people to rooms with luggage seemed to blank us and proceeded to watch us struggle up the stairs with heavy cases - I don't mind carrying my own but my Mum seriously struggled as it was a couple of flights up due to no lift.

From our couple of hours at the hotel we concluded that we would definitely not want to stop there for a holiday - far too small and unkempt! Don't do it!

Room Tip: Bottom floor is easier with big cases due to no lift.

We came here as a excursion before our late night flight home to England and thank god it was only for a few hour! The rooms were absolutely disgusting filthy. You could not even swing a cat in it. The bed and pillows were like cardboard. The food was pathetic. Cheap and cold we ended up going out and paying for food I wouldn't even feed that "food" to an animal. The staff were incredible rude. They searched our bags for drinks and took them from us as though we was at school. I would not return even if someone paid me. It put a downer on the end of my holiday and put the holiday company we booked it withs name to shame.
