Brilliant villa in quiet area of dalyan ,lovely walk in to town or 15 lira taxi .
Great air con in bedrooms but we had only 1 remote .
Turkish style room well stocked kitchen would benefit with a microwave,
Outside looking a bit tired, but spent a lot of time in lovely pool , great to swim not suitable for little children to deep. A very relaxing villa ,we had an amazing time in this villa, highly recommend,we will return
Would have give it 5* but a few things need attention. No pool light ,garden light worked sometime. Needs another remote for air con, if you want a quiet chilling holiday with bars a short walk away book this villa excellent.

Thank you for taking the trouble to write a review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Villa Zeytin and made good use of our special 50m pool, but we're sorry that you felt some things needed attention. There are three remotes for the aircon, one for each bedroom, and we always ask guests to get in touch with our manager straightaway if they can't find anything that should be in the villa, like the remotes or the hairdryer. Similarly guests should contact our manager, who lives a few minutes away and is available all day by text, if anything in the villa, such as lights, is not working and she will arrange to have it fixed as soon as possible. We're glad you found the kitchen well stocked - we enjoy cooking and hope guests will make good use of our kitchenware too. However, we don't have a microwave as meals are usually cooked from fresh ingredients in Dalyan.

From booking great response from owner, Arrived at Dalaman to find the transfer organised by villa owner was ready and waiting for us. Arrived at villa to find a lovely greeting from Dondu and essentials as requested there. Lovely friendly cleaner who came in daily. Villa nice and clean and we was shown around on arrival. Also had a good visitors information pack. Great pool cleaned regular and although a shared pool there was a nice sized private area to it. Great outside sitting area with table and chairs for lunch in the shade. Plenty of grass area in the sun from 11am till 6 pm . Due to the problem with Monarch, owner and Dondu were at hand to offer help Fantastic overall and would definitely recommend.

“Fantastic week in Dalyan”

Well what can I say about Dalyan and Villa Zeytin. This was our first trip to Dalyan although not Turkey and we fell in love with the place. We were met at the airport with s taxi which had been organised in advance and then met with Dondu at the villa, who couldn't be more helpful. The villa itself is set about 15 mins walk from centre of town along the end of a stone filled road. With 2 good sized bedrooms and a fantastic sized attic twin bedroom, which my son claimed. The pool is fantastic, allowing you to have a good swim and added bonus of having your own inlet which gives you more privacy. With being the end villa of 4 and the 2 middle ones being empty most of the time, we practically had the pool to ourselves. The villa has all the amenities you require although no tv which was a good thing but maybe not for some. I will say if you aren't good with mosquitoes, etc make sure you come prepared as the location does make you more prone to being bit and as the location is stoned and the rest of the town is cobbled, make sure you have suitable footwear as heels not great lol. All in all a great holiday and def recommend.

“Brilliant stay in lovely villa”
Reviewed 24 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of October this year and had such a great time. The weather was glorious every day and was just the right temperature in the day; not a cloud in the sky, and at least 28 degrees. The villa is in a great position, a little off the main resort track and set back near an open field with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. But it's also only a short 5/10 minute walk to the supermarket and into town. We really enjoyed Annie's recommendations of restaurants in and around Dalyan. There are lots of places to eat in the town but it was good to have some local insight and pick out the best. We loved the driving to the beach and stopping for a pomegranate juice along the way. Annie's recommendation of Ekin Camping for breakfast which overlooks the lake was a definite highlight. The beach itself was fantastic and not particularly busy at this time of the year. The water was clear and warm too. We also drove to another beach through the mountains which had amazing views. The villa itself if really great which a brillaint pool and lovely cosy interior. There was only two of us but we could have easily shared with friends and their woudl have been plenty of space. It was greta to eat in and use the BBQ a few times, as well as going to the local market for produce on the Saturday morning. Really love this area and coming at this time of year. It was moderately busy so still had atmosphere, but didn't feel crowded in the slightest. Will definitely be booking again!

We had a fantastic 2 weeks stay in this lovely villa. We have been to Dalyan many times and stayed in a variety of villas. Villa Zeytin is amongst the best. The pool is great feature and being able to swim properly or just relax in your own inlet is a real plus.
The villa itself has everything you need and we were well looked after by Dondu the manager.
The villa is well placed and is only a 10-15 min gentle stroll into the main part of town.
We would certainly recommend Villa Zeytin and hope to return in the future.

“Perfect villa and pool in peaceful Dalyan”
Reviewed 11 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Had a perfect week stay at Villa Zeytin in September 2015. The whole trip went very smoothly, from booking online with the owner, being collected and returned to the airport. The villa manger Dondu is very helpful if you need anything (she lives just down the road from the villa) and the owner, who is English is also very helpful, responding quickly to any emails.
The villa is set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Dalyan, approximately 10/15 mins walk into the town centre. It's very flat, so easy walking but can be slightly tiring in the midday heat. It has 3 good sized bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms) all with air conditioning, easily enough room for 6 adults to stay. The kitchen is well kitted out with everything you'd need. We particularly liked using the BBQ.
The swimming pool is amazing, 50 meters in length with separate areas for each villa. It is very relaxing but slightly deep (you can just about touch the bottom when standing) so probably not suitable for young children. The pool and grounds are well maintained with fruit trees and colourful flowers in the gardens. If I'm being picky, the only thing that I could fault were the sunbeds which could do with updating but it wasn't a problem.
Dalyan is a beautiful town, with plenty of things to do to keep everybody entertained. We caught the public boat a couple of times down to the beach, which is a lovely trip through the reed beds out to Iztuzu (or Turtle) Beach. Our favourite was a private boat trip (with captain Theo) up the river to lake Koycegiz, seeing turtles, kingfishers and other wildlife on the way. A word of warning; because Dalyan is on a river and very green, make sure to take plenty of mosquito repellent, we got caught out on the first day.
We had a great stay at Villa Zeytin and we would love to visit again. Can certainly recommend!!
