Beyaz Villas was recommended and my wife and I took it as a last minute break for a week in September. Roland and Theresa White who run it, sent all details through, we were picked up from the airport by taxi to the villa and the stay was nothing short of excellent, Roland and Theresa were always on hand to advise should we need it. Their Turkish staff were extremely efficient and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We were made very welcome. The Swimming pool and area was quiet for that time of year and for the first time in 10 years - my wife has now seen me swim ! Certainly one of - if not best breaks I have had. Needless to say, we will be returning. Mr & Mrs Keith Varley,

Our two weeks at Beyaz Villas were wonderful. Probably one of the nicest placed we have ever stayed. We arrive in the last week of September and the small complex was fairly quiet but by the end of the week it was almost full. Almost all the other holiday makers knew each other as they had all stopped here before.

Each apartment has ample space for two people and is equipped for four. Fairly basic but well maintained with everything you need including air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice terrace with afternoon sun and a view of the pool.
Breakfasts were included in the price and are excellent with plenty of choice. We ate dinner here on three occasions and had a lovely meal each time. The chef will do whatever you want so it’s like having your own private chef. Its an easy walk into the centre of Dalyan so no problem when you fancy a change of scenery.

Probably the best part is the staff and owners who all played a part in ensuring that you have a wonderful time. Everything was always done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The owners made you feel that you were there as their guests and not paying customers. There was no pressure on anyone to join in or go on trips or even eat in, but if you did want to join in the fun you felt like you were partying with friends. I would recommend these apartments to everyone. Just book your flights and Roland and Teresa will take care of everything else even the transfers from the airport are included so you don’t even need to worry about getting there. We will most definitely be back.

Once again, another great holiday with Roland and Theresa. The Sunset Restaurant trip was lovely, we discovered the Okyanus Restaurant which serves superb food and we got some bargains on the market. Looking forward to the next stay at Beyaz.

There is very little to add to what has already been written about this very comfortable and well run establishment. All I can add is my full endorsement of the many glowing comments, which are richly deserved.

From the minute one walks through the gates of Beyaz Villas there is a strong feeling of home, and home is what it has become to many of my fellow residents who year on year return to repeat the experience. All the ingredients that combine to make this a perfect holiday destination are just right.

The rooms are spacious and very well appointed with a large air-conditioned bedroom, a large sitting room/kitchen area, a double shower and a large balcony. Linen and towels are changed on an 'as required' basis and Fatma and her team are only too happy to provide whatever else may be needed. Big tick for the rooms.

The restaurant and bar area which surrounds the swimming pool is a place where all the newly made friends gather for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner. In temperatures in the mid to high 30s they certainly take advantage of the cooling swimming pool and the even more cooling selection of drinks and ice creams from the well stocked bar. Breakfast is a jolly buffet style affair with a choice of differently cooked eggs and a selection of cold meat/cheese, cereals and fruits. Light lunches are also available but the hotel faces stiff competition from the huge selection of lovely restaurants serving dinner which make up the riverside and main streets of Dalyan. However, another big tick for the catering facilities at Beyaz Villas.

The biggest tick of all must go to the way in which this place is run. Theresa and Roland go out of their way to ensure that every aspect of service is as good as it can possibly get. From initial introductions to fellow guests to involvement in a variety of organised trips and activities, they are both on hand for most of each day to provide a very much appreciated personal service. They are supported by an enthusiastic and dedicated catering and domestic staff for whom nothing seems to be too much trouble. It is the little things that put this establishment above others I have stayed in. With a late evening return flight, I was dreading having to check out early and 'sit on my cases' for most of the day. Not at Beyaz Villas where check-out is just before the pre-arranged airport transport arrives, whatever the time of day.

Just a quick word about Dalyan itself. The main industry here is obviously tourism and, in a very liberal Muslim country, they do it well. The predominance is the wide selection of wonderful restaurants which compete enthusiastically for your business plus a number of bars which can cater for those people who need to keep up with the world sporting scene. There are plenty of interesting places to visit but the highlight has to be the boat cruises at sea and on the nearby lake which both provide breathtaking mountainous scenery. Combined with long periods either on the beach or by a poolside, nobody should have any difficulty in filling their days and enjoying a wonderful holiday in Dalyan

My partner and I are now converts to that section of the population who return to Beyaz Villas and Dalyan each year - we are already booked for next year!! Thank you Theresa and Roland for a wonderful holiday and we look forward to seeing you again. Frank and Chrissie.
