“Fabulous for families”
Reviewed 19 April 2014

We stayed for a week in early April and shared the facilities with a few families with children ranging from teenagers to toddlers.
The Villas themselves are basic, but well maintained and clean, with essentials such as towels, tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper provided.
Transfers to and from the airport are included and Roland and his team will organise transport to anywhere you want, even personally taking us to the Spa on a rainy day.
Breakfast is also included and the buffet accommodated all tastes with toast, cereals, home made yogurt, cold meats, cheese, cake for the children and eggs cooked to order.
Roland, Theresa and Serdar were on hand on a daily basis to advise on news, weather forecasts and things to do. The trips organised by Roland were really the highlight of the holiday, everything laid on for you and all personally supervised by Roland.
The Villa complex is enclosed and we felt completely safe to let our 6 year old roam freely. The other families felt equally relaxed and within a day of arrival the children had formed a club and built a den and would have happily just played around the Villas for the whole holiday.
Dalyan town is just a short walk away, and even though our holiday was really at the very start of the season there were still plenty of restaurants and shops open.
We had a really relaxing holiday and are already considering our return.

This is our second visit to the Beyaz Villas and it was great! If you have small kids like us it is the perfect place do have your holidays. We have a 2 and a 5 years old so it is not easy to have a relaxing holiday! The kindness of the staff and flexibility was great and the girls and us had a great time.

Dalyan has plenty of things to do even if the weather isn't great. The town has two small play grounds and the girls loved playing on the slides. It also has a good supermarket where I could get nappies and baby milk.

There are plenty of good restaurants but most of the time we had our meal in the Beyaz Villas. We could choose the time and they would serve our food in the veranda, easy when you have a two years old who is nor very keen on staying on the hairchair! The food was excellent.

Roland was very helpful organizing a boat trip to a near town called Koycegiz where we visited the market and the mud baths. It was excellent, my eldest loved the mud baths. Serdar was very accommodating and helpful. All staff was excellent.

Many thanks, I am sure we will be back.

We stayed for a week in early April with our two young children.

Firstly, we loved the warm welcome by the lovely Theresa and Roland (the owners) who greeted us on arrival with a free drink of our choice and even ran us to the shop so we could change our money. Nothing was too much trouble.

The accommodation is picturesque, spotlessly clean and very well organised. They provide thoughtful extras such as hand wash, washing up liquid, paper slippers and insect repellent plug ins. They even lent us beach towels in exchange for some muesli. Wonderful idea!

The food was excellent and all cooked freshly to order by Serdar (their Turkish son in law). They even deliver it to your balcony if needed, so that you can put your kids to bed and eat it at a time of your convenience. Again, this thoughtfulness is a really unusually refreshing touch to a family holiday.

The transfers are included in the price, which is one less thing to worry about, as they organise all of this for you and they were very efficient.

We went on two trips organised by Roland (one crabbing and one to the mud baths) and both were fantastic days out; very informative and great for the kids.

The pool was well maintained and the bar well stocked. Serdar and the other staff are all so friendly and helpful. Whether it was giving advice over mosquitoes bites, performing magic tricks for the kids or just a friendly chat over the football, they made you feel so welcome. We also felt safe allowing the children to play within the apartment complex.

Thank you Roland, Theresa, Serdar and staff for giving us a wonderful week. We'll definitely be back!

A holiday at Beyaz Villas can be as lazy (read a book a day ) or as fun filled ( boat trips ect. ) as you require . Trips arranged by Roland are well thought out and some of them, you will not get any anywhere else .There is so much in and around Dalyan that there is no reason to get bored
The restaurants are very good ,The people are friendly . BAYAS VILLAS apartments are well equipped and very well looked after , The staff are more than willing to fulfil your requirements
The food at BEYAS is as good as any restaurant in town.
We enjoyed our holiday at BEYAZ so much we have booked to go again.
We would recommend this holiday complex to anyone .

Room Tip: all the room are great

Sunshine all round for our large family holiday! Roland, Theresa and Serdar are amazing hosts and Beyaz villas really do tick all boxes for a fun and relaxing family holiday. Set in a beautiful location with the added benefits of fabulous weather - friendly people - clean accommodation - good food/bar and trips arranged to suit - perfect! Pool naturally busy at times (as to be expected in high season!), but equally many quiet moments with holidaymakers coming and going - maybe after a wander into town to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and market in Dalyan, or out on one of Roland's trips. Very easy going! We fell in love with Turkey and hopefully will be back enjoying the hospitality at Beyaz soon! Thank you :)

We stayed at Beyaz Villas in August 2014. We have stayed every year since it opened but this year was the first year we have managed to have a fully family holiday with my wife and children, my sister and her husband and children as well as our parents. Flying out three days later than the rest of the party due to work commitments I found myself in the unfortunate position of spending the first few hours of my stay looking for and booking a flight home for my wife as her father was taken seriously ill in intensive care. The help from Roland and Theresa that afternoon was exceptional, with computer access in the office to book the flight and print off the boarding card, through to organising a meal in at Beyaz at very short notice so we could at least have one full family meal together. The following day Roland also insisted in taking my wife and I to the airport himself rather than us using a taxi. Throughout the following ten days of my stay with the children everybody at Beyaz could not have done any more to make the holiday as normal as possible for the children. We were fortunate enough that Roland managed to hire a boat for ourselves, in peak season, so that we could enjoy a private family day together. They also pointed my parents in the right direction with suggestions for walks and places to eat off the beaten track, proving their local knowledge is invaluable to a stay at Beyaz.. A must is the rowing boat to The other side of the river and a walk to the ruins of Kaunos. The views from they top of the ruins are superb. Another great day is catching the Domus to the beach, spending some time at the turtle sanctuary, then taking a slow walk to the other end of the beach for a fresh pancake and a beer, the catch the cooperative boat back into town. The overall lasting memory of this holiday is coming home feeling part of the Beyaz family. We are already looking forward to another visit next summer.

Room Tip: We like the ground floor rooms but the upstairs rooms on the front of the complex are great for afte...

I booked Beyaz Villas based solely on TripAdvisor reviews. I had never even heard of Dalyan, but was impressed by how many people indicated they vacationed there on a regular basis. So, on faith, we decided to spend just over two weeks there. We were absolutely not disappointed. Roland and Theresa make you feel like invited friends. Before we arrived, Roland said that there would be plenty to do in the area and there is. He loves both logistics and making his guests happy, so he is always planning excursions for them. My advice is to always go on any excursion he plans. He has a way of making anything interesting. For example, during one tour we visited a trout farm. I asked if one could buy trout there. He said yes and bought a dozen trout, gave them to his chef and our whole group had dinner together afterwards out by the pool. They have an excellent chef and a very nice staff. One night there was a barbecue and pool party which ended with Turkish dancing an everyone being thrown in the pool.

Almost all the guests were British. The main advice I would have for my American compatriots is to trust me on this and book Beyaz Villas for at least a week or two. You may not have heard of Dalyan, but it's pretty easy to get to and there is a lot to do - lakes and rivers and mud baths and swimming and ancient ruins and very cool tombs carved in the cliffs by the town. My entire family grieved when we had to leave - we felt we were leaving friends. We spent five weeks in Turkey, and as much as we loved it all, we left our hearts in Dalyan.
