This is one of the older over water resorts, but the bungalows were updated and very well laid out. Because it was one of the first, it has one of the best situations on this side of the island - good sun exposure and views of Otemanu Mountain. Pro's: reasonable rates; great location; bungalows, with glass floor, while small are very well laid out; Con's: limited restaurant choices, expensive, and ok, not great, food. I recommend going into town and getting some of your food at the local market and mixing up it up with some of the dinners in town; e.g Matira Beach Restaurant.
