We are staying here yet again. It must be our thirtieth stay or nearly so. Blissful. Comfortable beds, lovely upgraded shower rooms, food to die for, but best of all a wonderful warm welcome. Judi, Mike and Oliver make you feel that they have been waiting for your visit all year. All their staff are as welcoming and friendly as they are. I rather fancy coming to live here!

Room Tip: Which ever room you choose it should be me staying there!

In the words of Tina Turners song, thus is, for us, our favourite place in West Wales for a superbly comfortable, welcoming B an B with a magnificent dinner choice for reasonable money. Mike and Judith Cooper have worked hard at keeping Cnapan at the top of our own league tables over the years.

OK, we don't get here as often as we would like, but when we do, it's simply the best food, atmosphere, accommodation and of course food, that one could wish for.

While hiking along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for nine days, this was one of my pre-arranged accommodations, and what a delightful surprise it was! It was superb in every way: my room was very stylishly furnished, as well as being comfortable; the hosts and all the staff were very helpful and friendly; the food was some of the best I tasted in Pembrokeshire. A fellow walker (who was staying at the local youth hostel) joined me for dinner, and commented that it was definitely worth blowing her budget to eat at this excellent and cosy restaurant. Hopefully, I will be able to return to this gem sometime in the future.

This B&B more than justifies its Alistair Sawday recommendation.- a warm and friendly welcome and, well appointed comfortable accommodation. Excellent breakfasts but a real bonus is the superb restaurant. This was really Michelin standard local food. The scallop starters were out of this world and there were many tasty alternatives. The duck , guinea fowl and fish main courses deserve a mention.and of course the sweets. It was lucky that we could burn off some of the excess calories each day on the wonderful variety of walks in the surrounding area. other guests were regular visitors and it is obvious why. We will certainly return.

Room Tip: All 5 rooms seem to be of equal quality.

Ate at the restaurant this week with my parents who live locally. As usual we were met with great warmth and made to feel like old friends returning. Choice of food is very good and the standard is exceptional. Very good value. Highly recommended. Whilst there we spoke to another couple who were staying here for B&B who commented they thought it was excellent and were lucky to have found it. Mike and Judi - keep up the good work!!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation very centrally situated in a lovely town. Room was very nice and comfortable. Cnapan is run by a lovely couple - they both made us feel so at home during our stay, and couldn't do enough for us - highly recommended.

As a group of friends we took over all the bedrooms at Cnapan to celebrate a BIG birthday. The welcome, accommodation, food and service were of the highest quality and it is somewhere we would recommend without hesitation. The family who own and run Cnapan are friendly but professiona. They have a large team of staff and it is testament to the ethos that they are all appear happy and to be enjoying what they are doing.

Thank you for making a special .time even more so.
