“mixed quality food”

This is the mid-priced restaurant at the lodge. The salmon chowder was good, but the artichoke-crab dip had whole artichoke hearts. What? Who wants to eat an entire artichoke heart as one bite? It is supposed to be blended into the dip, as one creamy consistent whole. What an inedible mess. Service was friendly and efficient, and decor wasn't bad, but the food is inconsistent. Such a shame.

The food was great. Atmosphere was very nice. Nelson was our waiter and he was great. He joked with us quite a bit and we enjoyed that. I ordered the salmon salad. It was delicious! We had about a five minute wait.

We had breakfast in this large high- ceilinged restaurant. The abundant use of timber makes it a warm and welcoming place. You order from an a la carte menu and service is friendly. Servings are large.
If you are on a coach tour with a designated departure time, make sure you give yourself enough time as this restaurant does not offer a buffet where you can eat and run!

Had lunch and dinner there. 3 eating options at the resort. Couldn't believe they ran out of prime rib. Fryer was broken so they had no fries. Reindeer meatloaf was great as well as the fish & chips. Casual dining.

Not sure what was going on, but it smelled of dirty bleach - or a kitchen cleaning gone wrong. Not appetizing. The local beer was good, but portions were small.
