We had breakfast here with a goal of eating healthy. It is counter style and certainly different than your usual breakfast fare. All vegan so NO eggs or bacon for breakfast here! Good buckwheat pancakes but the syrup is made with a combination of coconut oil, carob and vanilla; different. Great rosemary biscuits with homemade blueberry jam which was wonderful and instead of oatmeal we has quinoa which was very tasty. The coffee which they call the pour was an interesting process to watch and makes a great tasting coffee. The water they serve is infused with chlorophyll. So healthier yes less calories, probably no.
