Worst place I have stayed in last 2yrs. I travel all over the country, & sometimes I get a crummy room. MOST of the time I get friendly assistance, or a change in room. Not here. A/C putting out 1/2-cool air, room never got below 85 deg. Woman at desk completely NOT helpful, saying only, "it will come". When?? Next week!! If not for my travel companions I would have left immediately! I Certainly Will NOT be back!!

The rooms were awful, they smelled, but we were so exhausted we didn't care. Having to walk up all those stairs with luggage is no fun. The rooms were so old they had actual keys...the bathroom was dingy & scary. But overall it was ok for the one night we needed it. The staff was ok, not overly friendly, just ok.

Room Tip: avoid this hotel if you can...

Travelers Inn in Bullhead City Arizona was terrible. Mattresses were bricks with springs. Surrounded by barbed wire. Our admin has been sacked for booking us there. Bulldoze Travelers Inn Bullhead City Arizona.

Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Cigarette butts stamped out in the hallway.

Travelers INN Bullhead City AZ Stayed at this Hotel this past weekend and I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The whole establishments is very dirty, the air conditioner was broken, many of the plumbing fixtures were broken, they have mice, the hall ways were hot. 1 of our beds had no blanket, the housekeeping is horrible, they do not allow late check out & called our room at 6 am to tell us so, the staff is rude, unhelpful, the grounds are dirty and unkept and worst of all my credit card was over charged and when I called to try and rectify the situation they were rude, argumentative and hung up on me. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We ended up stranded at this hotel with our 4 kids after our car broke down on our way back to Canada from our month driving around and living in Baja Mexico. This place made me want to go back to Tijuana! This is our first negative review, EVER. The manager/owner was the rudest, most unhelpful, and dishonest person we've ever met in a public service job. We had called ahead and booked a room. Once we arrived we were told the room didn't exist and he had no place for us to stay but to leave we would have to pay a $35 cancellation fee. He had us by the throats because he already had our credit card #. He refused to let us use the phone to call a taxi or the wifi to for another hotel. We were stuck. We ended up staying and getting two rooms for our family of six. It cost us more than a suite at DisneyLand! The rooms are stripped down, only bare basics (except for basics like shampoo, clock, coffee etc), it was nasty and the beds were OLD and cast offs from other hotels. I feel like I was violated by springs all night. We were very glad to have our car fixed and get out of that place. Run far far away!

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. Not clean, stuff dirty stuff behind the bathroom door. Bed felt like we were sleeping on hard cardboard. Couldn't get the room dark; so it was like sleeping in daylight. No hot water!! Managers told us to let the water run, we were last room. 31 minutes and still no warm water. Told us we could change rooms, which we had already did once because WiFi didn't work. Then she said we could just shower in another room. She would bring us a key. Finally we needed to be somewhere, so when we were leaving my husband went to office asked for key. Man said get it when you return. When we returned he said hot water fixed, Next day we had cold shower.
