Verona knows how to change the typical style of "brunch" to one that includes ambiance, grace and good service. Rather than a herd-like line up, Verona's encourages reservations which allows a minimum of patrons in at a time. The items on the menu were not particularly haute cuisine, but the presentation was appealing and the food fresh. The prime rib was the best I've had - excelling that of restaurants who offer it as their speciality - it was flavorful, tender and cut as preferred. Servers were continually refreshing the entrees in the line rather than having large quanties available sitting for an indeterminable amount of time and everyone seemed to work quietly as a team to ensure a great experience. The details of white tablecloths, sparkling silverware and the layout of the dining room lended to the feeling of dining in an upscale restaurant - suprising since Verona's is located in the Lone Butte casino.
