Recently stopped for dinner after riding the Verde Rail road, wow, what a great surprise. The restaurant ambiance, outstanding, great service from Heather and simply outstanding food. We started out with beer for me, a Nimbus, a local white and my wife had a Berry Mojito as we were thirsty after a day of riding the rails. The beer, very nice, the Mojito, outstanding, so fresh. Heather recommended the daily appie special, a meatball in a bread roll and it was simply outstanding, very very good. Not sure I saw it on the menu, however ask for it. Outstanding. I then had the beet and arugula salad, which was excellent, and my wife had the caprese which was also very nice. We made a decision, which was not easy, to try the Cire pizza which was delicious, peperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms, all very fresh, on a thin crust, yummy, excellent.
Overall, way more than we expected in Cottonwood Az, however, a definite find when in Cottonwood, maybe even worth a drive from Phoenix. Amazing.
